Born on Kensington, Mamaj is a love letter to the markets of Beirut, Istanbul, and the sun-bleached towns of the Aegean. We grill over charcoal, bake flatbreads to order, and pour mint tea like it's a conversation.
Every dish is built around what arrives fresh that morning — herbs by the handful, olive oil from small estates, and lamb cooked low and slow until the room smells of home.
